"Balloon Over The River"   

30 x 20  inches, oil on canvas mounted to hard board.

One morning I was down by the Grand River when a hot air balloon went sailing silently by. The balloon was descending and actually ended up touching down upon the river.  Fortunately the pilot was able to recover quickly as she lifted majestically back up into the air.
